Interview With A Perfume Bottle

by on October 9, 2012

The other day we told you that Brad Pitt was being paid a cool 7 million dollars to be the first male face of Chanel No. 5. Now in another round of promotional tactics, Chanel has released via YouTube featuring Brad asking a series of rhetorical questions directed at the perfume bottle and here’s what we think she would say.

Interview With A Perfume Bottle: Brad Pitt Seduces Chanel No. 5

In a series of short videos promoting Brad Pitt’s new Chanel No. 5 campaign, Brad asks the perfume bottle all sorts of questions. And while we have to wait until October 15th to hear the true answers, here’s how we think Madame Number Five would respond.

Brad: Are you going somewhere? ….Where?

Chanel No. 5: That depends Brad, are you going to take me somewhere or do you expect me to grow a pair of legs? I am an inanimate object, you know. Although if you bought me a drink I could pull a “Little Mermaid” and become part of your world if you know what I mean.

Brad: Do you feel lucky? … Why?

Chanel No. 5: Thankfully for you, my lucky number is number 5. So let me be your charm and we’ll get along very well.

Brad: What’s the mystery?

Chanel No. 5: The mystery is why are you flirting with a perfume bottle? You’re not in Interview with a Vampire anymore, so you can stop asking questions and just kiss me already.

The ultimate question is, what will Angelina think? Much like himself and Miss Jolie, Chanel No. 5 and Brad met on set and it looks like there must be some sort of relationship developing. We can only guess this is why Brad is the first male to endorse the perfume.

Based on his sultry tone of voice when speaking to the bottle, there’s definitely something going on beyond a “budding friendship between coworkers”. Before you know it, Brad will not be seen without wearing Chanel No. 5 and the children will suffer from a broken family. So take it from us, Chanel No. 5 is a man-eater and no man, even Brad Pitt, appears to be safe.

On the topic of Chanel, how would you grade Jennifer Lopez in the baby doll dress she wore to the Spring 2013 runway show during Paris Fashion Week? Perfect for her hot bod or better off on her four-year old daughter?
